Bug reports
The more of this you can include, the faster a problem can be found:
- Which tool you were using and what you tapped
- What happened, and what you expected
- Your phone, its OS version and the app version
- A screenshot, if you can take one
Please leave out anything confidential from your mine, such as plans, prints or site names.
Feature requests
Most of Mining Toolkit started as a problem on shift. Tell us what you're trying to do and what gets in the way. Example numbers and units help.
Every suggestion is read. Not every one can be built, and there's no set timeline for new features.
Use the request form or email with the subject "Feature Request".
Scoreboard results
Posting a score is optional. A result is only posted to the Scoreboard when you choose to post it. Using the other tools in the app doesn't submit anything to the Scoreboard.
There's no remove button in the app yet. To ask about a result you posted, email Mining Toolkit Support with the subject "Scoreboard Removal Request" and include the name or initials shown, the score, roughly when you posted it and the Scoreboard category.

Each request is looked at individually. A request on its own doesn't confirm that a result is yours, so you may be asked a follow-up question before anything changes.
When to expect a reply
Mining Toolkit is built and supported by a working miner. Messages are read and answered as time allows. There's no round-the-clock support line, so for anything urgent at work, follow your site's procedures.
